Grade A 70–140 Mesh Fused Silica Sand Shipped to Client

On August 29, 2026, a shipment of Chemsize Grade A fused silica sand was dispatched from Lianyungang for a client. The specified particle size was 70–140 mesh. The photographs below document the shipment from pre-shipment sampling and sieve checks through COA review, export packing and container loading.

1. Traceable samples from two production lots

The material was produced on August 24 and 25. On August 27, six pre-shipment QC samples were collected: three source-bag samples from each production lot.

Each sample label recorded the product, grade, particle size, lot number, source bag number, production date and sampling date. Keeping the samples separate made it possible to compare the individual source bags instead of treating the complete shipment as one anonymous bulk lot.

This kind of traceability is useful if a buyer later needs to review a test result or compare the material with its receiving inspection.

2. Individual sieve checks for the 70–140 mesh specification

The six samples were checked separately with the sieve stack used for the 70–140 mesh specification. Testing the source-bag samples individually helps reveal particle-size differences that could be hidden in a single combined sample.

The results were recorded by lot and source bag on the shipment COA. The COA for this shipment recorded:

  • SiO₂: 99.92 %
  • Fe₂O₃: 0.0028 %
  • Al₂O₃: 0.014 %
  • Amorphous phase SiO₂: above 99 %

These are the recorded results for this shipment. Future shipments are tested and reported by batch rather than relying only on typical values in a general datasheet.

3. Export packing and container loading

After the recorded results were reviewed, the fused silica sand proceeded to export packing and loading. The loading photographs show palletised units protected with stretch film as well as flexible intermediate bulk containers used according to the packing plan.

The cargo was delivered to the loading area in Lianyungang and placed into the container on August 29 for shipment to the client.

For an industrial buyer, the shipment is more than the final container photograph. The sampling labels, source-bag records, sieve results and shipment COA provide the information needed to connect the material received with the batch that was inspected before dispatch.
